I have been providing psychological support for individuals and families since 2001. This work has been in public services including the NHS and my private practice. In the NHS, I have worked within services for children, young people and adults with mental health problems, and hospital settings supporting individuals and their families through treatment for cancer.
In my private practice, individuals have sought my support to address relationship difficulties, make sense of experiences from the past, and to overcome traumatic experiences, anxiety problems and depression.
I established my private practice in 2011, which is based in Great Malvern, Worcestershire. Alongside my private practice, I currently work in the NHS within secondary mental health services, providing individual and group therapy for adults as well as supervision and training for other professionals within the service.
I completed my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology in 2010. I am a Chartered Member of the British Psychological Society and a member of the regulatory body, The Health and Care Professions Council.
